Can you imagine the convenience of choosing what to eat without having to take the car, maybe after spending a wonderful day at the beach with your family? At the Adriano Family Collection, you can try a different cuisine style every day, with the certainty of finding the same quality ingredients and all the professionalism of our chefs in every restaurant you choose.
If you have booked a stay that includes the Hotel Formula, the Centrale restaurant is where you go for dining services. Choose what you wish to eat, sit at the table, and enjoy our freshly prepared gourmet buffet. If you haven’t chosen the Hotel Formula, you can always choose the à la carte menu with its vast choice of tasty pizzas or excellent sea food and other dishes.

Traditional cuisine can be absolutely delicious, but our excellent hamburgers are a choice worth considering! Our Trattoria-Piadineria offers the traditional pasta dishes of Emilia Romagna, together with other quick, tasty options that are full of flavour. Try our hamburgers and vegetarian burgers, or fall in love with the piadina romagnola, traditional flatbread filled with cold cuts, vegetables, or cheese. Here, every meal is a special occasion, and every dish is a smile!

Pizza is a must, especially when on vacation! In the menu of our pizzeria with pool view you can find a variety of options among which to choose between tradition and innovative and tasty options. An example? The Club del Sole pizza with prosciutto crudo, rucola, cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and a focaccia-style bread. A veritable explosion of flavours!
